Job/Task Description 1	To study micro-insurance best practices across the world.
Job/Task Description 2	To assist in preparing metrics for tracking success and impact of the program
Job/Task Description 3	To coordinate with field partners to gather information about progress of the project and assist in rollout of the pilot project
Job/Task Description 4	To assist in assessing business plans of potential investees (social entrepreneurs) To assist in conducting due diligence of social enterprises
Job/Task Description 5	To assist in preparing reports on potential investment opportunities
Job/Task Description 6	To help develop and standardize processes for entrepreneurs in order to scale up. Help design metrics to track social impact and commercial performance

Measurable results expected from the intern	To assist in prepare a report on the micro-insurance project and provide recommendations for improvement.
Key learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship	To understand the needs of the working poor in India and how to create social safety nets while keeping mind their limited resources and infrequent cashflows. (micro-insurance project) To understand the process involved in investing in for-profit social enterprises and performing due diligence (social venture fund)
